For more than 60 years, UBAN has been providing housing plans for people across the western United States, including but not limited to: single-family, multi-family, affordable, student, and senior housing. We have developed housing plans in economically and socially diverse neighborhoods and in locations ranging from open land space to reclaimed quarry and brown field sites.

Many of our projects have involved alternative funding sources, such as HUD grants, and have required coordination with private landowners, community groups, utility providers, public agencies, and housing and planning commissions. Our employees are familiar with processing Conditional Use Permits, Community Plan Amendments, Planned Development Permits, Building Permits, and Grading and Land Development Permits. Many of our employees participate in volunteer and/or professional organizations that specialize in providing housing opportunities to people in need.
