Our team provides project cost and construction schedule projection reports at the very early stages of each project, then follows through to project completion with plan constructibility review, bidding, contractor negotiation, construction, coordination, and project close-out. Project cost and schedule reports are updated at each significant project milestone, providing our clients the resources necessary to manage project finances.
