Mapping Services
UBAN's mapping team examines public survey records and coordinates with the Field Department to determine property boundaries. This information is shared with our engineering design groups to provide information regarding existing boundaries, easements, and other survey records. They prepare subdivision maps and process subdivision maps, serving as a liaison for various agencies. The mapping department partners with field survey crews to provide field data management support for construction surveys. Our mapping services include:

Photogrammetry Services
UBAN's photogrammetry team is an integral part of UBAN’s preliminary design process. The photogrammetry department utilizes both high and low altitude aerial imagery to compile topographic mapping for a variety of applications, including subdivision design, right-of-way mapping, LiDAR based mapping, landfill mapping hydrographic surveys, pre and post construction mapping, and to generate high resolution orthophotos.
